First, we broke from our traditional light kamut crust and went with whole kamut. Not grainy, as I had feared - in fact, quite flavourful. We will likely stick to the whole grain in the future.
In addition, our friend Ali brought us some arugula and blue cheese pesto to try. What better night for pizza sauce experimentation that New Year's Eve?
